Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Approach and engage potential target customers.

- Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospects.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage invoice follow-ups.

- Market research, including competitor and industry trend analysis.

- Manage and follow up leads from initial through deal closure.

- Operate and maintain CRM tools for sales pipeline tracking.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns



Requirements

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude.

- Target-oriented with strong focus on KPIs and revenue growth.

- Passionate about technology and digital innovation.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT is preferred.

- Female candidate based in Bandung City.

- Willing to travel for business trips within and outside the city.

- Energetic personality with strong communication and presentation skills.

- Understanding of ERP, IoT, and AI software concepts and applications.

- Strong networking and approaching skills for B2B enterprise markets.

- Strong ability to develop business proposals (design and calculations).

- Understanding of drafting partnership or business contracts.
