Key Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Define the software architecture direction and ensure the team produces clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Team Mentorship: Conduct daily code reviews and help developers overcome technical challenges.
- Bridge to Business: Translate product requirements from the CEO/Product Manager into clear technical tasks for the team.
- System Stability: Manage infrastructure (Cloud/Docker) and ensure company data security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in an Engineering major
- Experience leading a team of at least 3–5 members.
- Strong expertise in Odoo, Python, JavaScript, Golang, and databases (PostgreSQL).
- Familiar with Docker, CI/CD, and Linux server management.
- Good communication skills (able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences).
- Good documentation and reporting skills (Excel, flowcharts, etc.).
- Based in Bandung, mobile, and willing to travel as needed.
