Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to product operations
- Support spare part procurement and inventory management
- Read and review technical documents such as BoM, PO, and user manuals
- Assist in product assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Operate basic technical tools for product support activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, perfectionist, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or willing to relocate/work in the Greater Bandung area
- Mobile and owns a personal vehicle
- Able to handle spare part purchasing/procurement
- Familiar with reading BoM (Bill of Materials), Purchase Orders (PO), user manuals, and other technical documents
- Basic knowledge of electrical components (e.g., sensors, PCB, etc.)
- Able to operate basic technical tools and equipment (e.g., soldering tools, etc.)
